During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 KYC Verification. vt777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until compliance is achieved.

5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically under 90 seconds; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within 2 to 6 business hours. These timeframes are indicative and may vary due to factors outside vt777's control.
5.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to vt777 must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vt777 reserves the right to return funds to their source if third-party funding is suspected.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. vt777 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to withhold or delay funds pending satisfactory completion of such checks. Unexplained large deposits or withdrawal patterns will trigger formal review.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards offered by vt777 are subject to the specific terms of that promotion and to these overarching Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

7.1 Finality of Bets. 13.1 vt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including without prior notice where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) AML or KYC compliance requirements are not met; or (d) a Player has self-excluded or been identified as a minor.
13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, vt777 reserves the right to withhold or void any balances arising from the prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
13.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vt777 support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending Bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome and the balance returned.
14.1 vt777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vt777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the vt777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
